About Valley Custom Powder Coating

Valley Custom Powder Coating was founded in 2009 by Steve Furtado. He has over 15 years of powder coating industry experience and over 30 years of management experience.

Steve was raised in Fremont, California and relocated to the Central Valley in 1998. His interests outside of powder coating, all have to do with the outdoors: camping, fishing, hiking, boating, snow skiing, and dirt bike riding.

Steve’s son Jon is also an integral part of the company. He’s been working at Valley Custom Powder Coating since 2010. Jon graduated from Oakdale High School in 2007. He was an all league player in football on defense. Jon has a son Jon Jr. and they continue to carry on the family tradition of dirt biking, fishing, camping and boating.
